The claimant was represented by Mr O’Gorman of the Public Commercial Services Union.

 

The respondent was represented by Mr Matthew Corkey, of counsel, instructed by the Crown Solicitor’s Office.

 

 

1.       The claimant claimed disability related discrimination and that the respondent had failed to make reasonable adjustments for him pursuant to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended.

 

2.       Having heard the evidence from the parties, the tribunal dismissed the claimant’s claim for disability related discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments pursuant to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended.

 

3.       Oral reasons were given at the hearing for the tribunal’s decision.
