The decision of the Tribunal is as follows:-
(i) The second named respondent is dismissed from the proceedings and the title of the proceedings will change accordingly.
(ii) The issue as to whether the claimant is an employee of the first named respondent will be determined at the substantive hearing.

Reasons
1. Reasons were given orally at the hearing
2. The Tribunal directed as follows:-
(i) The case will be listed for hearing on the 26th - 28th August 2014 inclusive.
3. Four bundles of documents which are relevant to the issues to be determined at the substantive hearing and which are to be relied upon by the parties at that hearing are to be prepared in a paginated and tabulated form and lodged with the Tribunal offices by the 22nd day of August 2014 at the latest.
