DECISION

 

 

(A)      The claimant’s holiday pay claim against the first named respondent (“the Company”) is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £330 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(B)      The claimant’s claim for notice pay against the Company is not well-founded and accordingly it is dismissed.

 

(C)     The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the Company is well-founded and it is declared that the Company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £240 to the claimant.

 

(D)     The claimant was not employed by Mr Sean Owens.  Accordingly, all the claims against Mr Owens are dismissed.
