    The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to holiday pay of £535.65.

    The claimant appeared in person.

     

    The respondent was neither represented nor in attendance.

     

     

    1.         The claimant claimed payment for untaken holiday leave amounting to £535.65.  The respondent did not enter a response and therefore did not take part in the proceedings.

     

    2.         Having heard evidence from the claimant in relation to her claim I am satisfied that the claimant is owed holiday pay amounting to £535.65.

     

    3.         Oral reasons were given at the hearing for the tribunal’s decision.

     

    4.         This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
