DECISION

The unanimous decision of the tribunal was given orally with reasons at the end of the hearing and was that the claim of constructive unfair dismissal was dismissed and the claim in respect of breach of contract is allowed solely in relation to the payments below the National Minimum Wage identified by the claimant as £11.40 net.
