DECISION

 

The decision of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claim is dismissed.

The claimant did not attend and was not represented.

 

The respondent appeared in person.

 

 

 

In view of the fact the claimant did not appear (hearing commenced at 11.45 am), the Tribunal considered Rule 27(5) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.  The Tribunal also considered papers in the file and noted that the Notice of Hearing had been sent to the claimant on 19 December 2014.  There was no indication on the file that the claimant’s address was not correct or that the claimant had not received the Notice of Hearing.

 

Accordingly, the Tribunal dismissed the claim.
