The claimant was represented by his son, Mr Anthony Miller.

The respondents were represented by Ms L Sheridan, of Peninsula Business Services Ltd.

 

1(i)     The claimant is permitted to amend his claim form to include additional particulars of alleged breaches of contract giving rise to his claim of constructive dismissal.

 

(ii)     The claimant’s claim of sex discrimination is out of time, but I am satisfied, having regard to the circumstances of this case, that it is just and equitable to extend the time for bringing such a claim.

 

 (iii)     Reasons were given at the hearing.

 

2        This matter will, if necessary, be referred back to me for case-management directions in due course.
