DECISION

  

The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant was constructively dismissed by the respondent and is entitled to a basic award of £470, £1,805 in respect of the period between 19 January 2015 and 3 June 2015, £1,360 for breach of contract relating to the 16 week period after the 7 November 2014, £989 in respect of her minimum wage entitlement from January 2011 to 19 January 2015, and to the payment of £79 holiday pay for 1.5 days at £6.50 per hour, the total award being £4,703.
