REASONS
1. The Department for the Economy has now become responsible for the functions conferred by Part XIV of ERO which were formerly carried out by the Department for Employment and Learning. The title of the proceedings has been amended accordingly.
2. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same, I announced my reasons for that decision.
