DECISION ON A PRE-HEARING REVIEW

By 15 September 2016, the claimant must:

1. Provide the respondent's representative with his (the claimant's) witness statement and

2. answer questions 3-7 inclusive of the notice for additional information which was issued by the respondent.

.

If the claimant does not, within that timescale, do both of those things his claims will be struck out after the expiry of that deadline, without further notice, unless, in the meantime, he provides written reasons as to why his claims should not be struck out.

Constitution of Tribunal:

Appearances:

The claimant was not present or represented.

The respondent was represented by Mr I Moffitt, solicitor.

REASONS

This was a pre-hearing review in respect of the respondent's strike-out application, whereby the respondent had asked for the claimant's claims to be struck out because of the claimant's non-compliance with certain orders which had been made on 10 May 2016

during a Case Management Discussion. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.
