DECISION

The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7,750 (£500 x 15.5 weeks), £6,449.40 notice pay (£537.45 x 12 weeks), £537.45 holiday pay (one week), and £1,074.90 (two weeks' arrears of pay), totalling £15,811.75.
