THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS

CASE REF: 1724/18

CLAIMANT: Angela Magennis

RESPONDENTS: 1. Joanne Marks

2. Smart Kids (Gilford) Ltd

DECISION

The claimant's redundancy pay claim against Smart Kids (Gilford) Ltd is well-founded and it is declared that that company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £380 to the claimant.

REASONS

1. By agreement, the respondent company has been joined as a respondent to these proceedings.

2. The claimant and the respondent company have agreed in writing upon the terms of the above decision. Pursuant to rule 28 of the Industrial Tribunals Rules 2005, I have power to make a decision in line with those agreed terms. I consider it to be appropriate to exercise that power in this case.

3. The claimant has withdrawn her proceedings against Ms Marks. Accordingly, the proceedings against Ms Marks are dismissed.

4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
