DECISION
I determine that the respondent company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1,944 to the claimant.
REASONS
1. The parties have agreed in writing upon the terms of the above decision. In those circumstances, I am empowered, by rule 28(1) of the Industrial Tribunals Rules, to make a decision in line with what the parties have agreed.
2. Pursuant to that power, I have made the decision which is set out above.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
