DECISION

 

The unanimous decision of the tribunal is as follows:-

 

(A)       The claimant’s wages claim is well-founded and it is Ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £13,000.00 in respect of wages.

 

(B)       The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is Ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £5,688.49 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(C)      The tribunal’s determination is that the respondent is in breach of the requirement to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment.  Under Article 27 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 the tribunal makes an award of the sum of £1,590.00.

 

The total of these awards is £20,278.49 and it is Ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £20,278.49.
