JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal, delivered in an oral decision with reasons at the end of the hearing, was that the claimant’s contract of employment was breached and that the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £586.45 gross, subject to the usual deductions in respect of tax and National Insurance.
