An Act to enable the Department for Regional Development to continue to make payments to water and sewerage undertakers for a limited period.
[12th March 2010]
BE IT ENACTED by being passed by the Northern Ireland Assembly and assented to by Her Majesty as follows:
1. In Article 213 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (NI 21) (grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers), in paragraph (4), for "three" substitute "six".
2. This Act may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.
