An Act for establishing a Board of Agriculture for Great Britain.{1}

Powers and duties of Board.

BOARD OF AGRICULTURE ACT 1889 - SECT 2

2.(1) There shall be transferred to the Board of Agriculture

(c). . . all powers and duties vested in the Commissioners of
Works under the Survey Act, 1870.

Short title.

14. This Act may be cited as the Board of Agriculture Act, 1889.
