COAL MINES REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1917 - LONG TITLE

An Act to extend section four of the Coal Mines Regulation Act,
1908, to Mines other than Coal Mines.

Extension of s.4 of 1908 c.57 to mines other than coal mines.

COAL MINES REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1917 - SECT 1

1. Section four of the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1908, which
authorises the suspension of that Act as respects coal mines in the
event of war and other emergencies, shall extend to all mines to
which the other provision of that Act apply in like manner as it
extends to coal mines, and accordingly... residue amends s.4 of 1908
c.57

COAL MINES REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1917 - SECT 2
Short title.

2. This Act may be cited as the Coal Mines Regulation (Amendment)
Act, 1917, and the Coal Mines Acts, 1887 to 1914, and this Act
may be cited together as the Coal Mines Acts, 1887 to 1917.
