FINANCE (COMPANIES' STAMP DUTY) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1936 - LONG
TITLE

An Act to amend the law relating to relief from capital stamp duty
and transfer stamp duty in the case of reconstructions or
amalgamations of companies, and to grant relief from transfer stamp
duty in the case of the transfer of property as between associated
companies.
