INDIAN SECURITIES ACT 1860

INDIAN SECURITIES ACT 1860 - LONG TITLE

An Act to regulate Probate and Administration with respect to
certain Indian Government Securities; . . . and to extend the
Operation of the Act of the Twenty-second and Twenty-third Years of
Victoria, Chapter Thirty-nine, to Indian Bonds.

The securities with which this Act was concerned have been redeemed.
Its provisions, so far as still applicable, could only affect
holdings whose ownership has not been traced. The text of the Act
is consequently omitted as being virtually spent
