INDIA STOCK TRANSFER ACT 1862 - LONG TITLE

An Act to provide for the Registration and Transfer of India Stocks
at the Bank of Ireland, and for the mutual Transfer of such Stocks
from and to the Banks of England and Ireland respectively.
[11th April 1862]
The securities with which this Act was concerned have been redeemed.
Its provisions, so far as still applicable, could only affect
holdings whose ownership has not been traced. The text of the Act
is consequently omitted as being virtually spent
