LOCAL REGISTRATION OF TITLE (IRELAND) ACT 1891 - LONG TITLE

An Act to establish Local Registries of Titles to Land in Ireland.
[5th August 1891]
The Act has been repealed subject to savings for the continued
operation of s.37 (Transmission of registered land from limited
owner; and on death) and Part IV (Devolution of interest in
freehold registered land sold under Land Purchase Acts) in relation
to persons dying before certain dates (see 1955 c.24 (NI) s.36;
1970 c.18 (NI) s.97 sch.14)
