117.Subs.(1) rep. by 1978 c.23 s.122(2) sch.7 Pt.II (2) Nothing in this Act shall prejudicially affect any power which is exercisable by [the High Court under section 28 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978], in relation to persons incapable of managing their affairs or the estates of such persons. (3) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (2), the definition in this Act of the expression "mental disorder" shall not affect the use of the expression "unsound mind", or any grammatical variation thereof, in the exercise of any power referred to in that sub-section.
