MARKETING OF POTATOES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 1

1. Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person shall not, either by
himself or by any servant or agent of his, send or attempt to send potatoes
out of Northern Ireland except under the authority of, and in accordance with
the conditions specified in, a licence or permit issued to him and then in
force.
