NAVAL PENSIONS ACT 1884 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the Law respecting the Payment of Naval and
Greenwich Hospital Pensions.

NAVAL PENSIONS ACT 1884 - SECT 1
Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Naval Pensions Act, 1884.

NAVAL PENSIONS ACT 1884 - SECT 2
Application to Greenwich Hospital pensions of 1865 cc.73, 111.

2. Any reference in the Naval and Marine Pay and Pensions Act,
1865, the Navy and Marines (Property of Deceased) Act, 1865, ... to
a pension or a naval pension, or to money payable by the
Admiralty, shall be construed to include a naval pension and a
Greenwich Hospital pension, gratuity, and allowance, within the
meaning of the Greenwich Hospital Acts, 1865 to 1883, and any sum
due on account of such a pension, gratuity, or allowance.
