TREASON (IRELAND) ACT 1821 - LONG TITLE

An Act to extend certain Provisions of an Act of King William the
Third, intituled ""The Treason Act, 1695''{1}, to that part of the
United Kingdom called Ireland.{1}
[19th April 1821]
Preamble recites ss.2, 3, 4 and 5 of 1695 c.3

TREASON (IRELAND) ACT 1821 - SECT 1
The recited enactments and provisions shall extend to Ireland.

1. The above recited enactments and provisions of the aforesaid
Treason Act, 1695, shall extend and be construed to extend to and
be in force to all intents and purposes whatsoever in Ireland; any
law, statute, or usage to the contrary notwithstanding.
