EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order) This Order is made only for purposes corresponding to those of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 (except sections 32 to 34). The Order enables the making of new arrangements for the provision of services presently provided by general medical practitioners and general dental practitioners under Part VI of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.
