The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development(1) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 3(1), (2), (4) and (6) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 (2). In accordance with Article 3(9) of that Order it has consulted with such organisations, bodies and persons as appear to it to be representative of persons engaged by way of business in the production or marketing of seed potatoes.
1. This Order may be cited as The Seed Potatoes (Levy) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2009.
2. The Orders specified in the Schedule are revoked.

This Order provides for the revocation of certain Orders which provided for the payment of a levy to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development by persons engaged by way of business in the production and marketing of seed potatoes.
