Inquiry into the circumstances of the death of
JOHN DUNCAN KINMOND
in terms of section 6 of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976

The Sheriff, having resumed consideration of the Inquiry, DETERMINES as follows:
1. In terms of section 6(1)(a) of the Act that John Duncan Kinmond, late of H.M. Prison Glenochil, who was born on 6th November 1977, died at Stirling Royal Infirmary at 21.45 hours on 3rd November 2007.
2. In terms of section 6(1)(b) of the Act that the cause of death was spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage.
3. Makes no findings in terms of section 6(1)(c), (d) or (e) of the Act.
