The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(1), (4) and (11) of the Agriculture Act 1986[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Central Borders) Designation Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 8th March 2001. (2) In this Order "the principal Order" means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Central Borders) Designation Order 1993[2]. Amendment of the principal Order 2. - (1) In article 7(a) of the principal Order-
(b) for the figure "£25,000" there shall be substituted the figure "£30,000".
(2) For article 7(b) of the principal Order[3] there shall be substituted-

For paragraph 10(b)(vi) of the Schedule to the principal Order, there shall be substituted-
