INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT
The International Criminal Court (Enforcement of Fines, Forfeiture and Reparation Orders) (Scotland) (Revocation) Regulations 2004

	Made	6th October 2004
	Laid before the Scottish Parliament	7th October 2004
	Coming into force	9th October 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act 2001[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the International Criminal Court (Enforcement of Fines, Forfeiture and Reparation Orders) (Scotland) (Revocation) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 9th October 2004.

Revocation
2. The International Criminal Court (Enforcement of Fines, Forfeiture and Reparation Orders) (Scotland) Regulations 2004[2] are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations revoke the International Criminal Court (Enforcement of Fines, Forfeiture and Reparation Orders) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/360) which came into force on 1st October 2004. Those Regulations are being revoked in order to allow further consideration to be given to issues raised by the Subordinate Legislation and Justice 1 Committees.
