FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES

The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005

  Made 1st August 2005 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88 and 90 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005[1], hereby make the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005.

Appointed day
     2. 2nd August 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005:–

This Order brings into force on 2nd August 2005 the following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5), so far as they are not already in force:–

The following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:–
