The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(1) and (2) of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007(1).
1.–(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 7) Revocation Order 2009.
(2) The Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2009(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2009 which would otherwise have brought into force provisions in the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 in their application to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway on 29th June 2009.
