The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(2) of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.
2. The provisions of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010, in so far as they are not already in force, come into force on 5th April 2010.
