The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st June 2015.
2. 1st June 2015 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013, so far as not then already in force.

Sections 6 to 8 of the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013 came into force on 29th June 2013 (the day after that Act received Royal Assent). This Order appoints 1st June 2015 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act will come into force.
