NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Rule 17 (5) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008
1. The appellant-™s application for permission to appeal was granted by an Immigration Judge in the First-tier Tribunal which remains undetermined.
2. By email dated 19 May 2015, the appellant notified the Upper Tribunal that she wished to withdraw her appeal.
3. Pursuant to Rule 17(2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, a notice of withdrawal will not take effect until the Upper Tribunal consents to the withdrawal, except in relation to an application for permission to appeal. My consent is not therefore necessary.
OUTCOME
The appeal is withdrawn.
