The appellant has an appeal outstanding before the Upper Tribunal listed on the 19 ^th December 2017. By an email dated 4 ^th December 2017 the appellant has stated that he wishes to withdraw the appeal because he has left the United Kingdom and does not intend to pursue his appeal. Therefore the appeal is to be treated as abandoned pursuant to Section 92(8) of the 2002 Act subject to any representations to the contrary made by the Secretary of State if there is reason to believe that the appellant has not left the UK.
