DETERMINATION AND REASONS
This appellant was granted permission to appeal the decision of the First-tier Tribunal on the basis that it did have jurisdiction to consider the appeal: see Mohd. Yasir Khan & another [2017] EWCA Civ 1755. That decision was sent to the parties on 19 January, with copies of a notice requiring a response within 7 days. There has been none.
