DETERMINATION BY CONSENT
Pursuant to Rule 39 of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 and by the consent of the parties the following order is made:
Upon the determination by First-Tier Tribunal Judge Devittie promulgated on 12 th March 2019 disclosing a material error of law and upon the parties agreeing that the decision be set aside by consent
The appeal by KB against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal is allowed and his appeal against the decision of the respondent refusing his asylum and human rights claim is remitted to the First-tier Tribunal to be heard afresh, no findings preserved.
