DECISION AND REMITTAL

1.              In response to my directions, the parties have made submissions in relation to the disposal of this appeal. They are in agreement; and in my judgment what they propose is the appropriate way forward.

2.              I find that the First-tier Tribunal erred in law in the manner set out in paragraph 6.1 and 6.2 of the appellant's submissions dated 11 May 2020.

3.              I set aside the decision of the First-tier Tribunal. I remit the appeal to that Tribunal for redetermination of all issues.
