APPEARANCES
For the Appellant IN PERSON
JUDGE HARGROVE OBE QC: Mr Guy has argued his case with great tenacity and considerable persuasion but unfortunately the position is quite clear. He was out of time even upon his own account and that is a matter which the Tribunal was perfectly entitled to regard as a matter of fact and to say that they have no jurisdiction. The Tribunal have indicated that they were prepared to hear the redundancy application and that I understand is still the situation.
As regards this appeal there is no arguable case of law and this Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it. Accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
