JUDGMENT
PRELIMINARY HEARING
For the Appellant | HUMPHREY FORREST (Representative) Humberside Law Centre 95 Alfred Gelder Street Hull HU1 1EP |
MR JUSTICE KIRKWOOD: Mr Forrest: we will give you leave to amend your Notice of Appeal by deleting the first ground and adding the further ground relating to the Tribunal's failure to deal with the breach of contract claim.
We allow this to go to a full hearing on the basis that we are not happy about whether the Tribunal gave full and consistent reasons as to its decision as to 100% compensation. It did not address the breach of contract claim.
Would it be of assistance, in view of the first of those matters, the economy with reasons, to have the Chairman's notes? We will order the production of the Chairman's notes of evidence on the contribution issue.
