    MR JUSTICE KEENE: We have on our list today a preliminary hearing in the appeal by the Mr J Maguire against Sorfleet Civil Engineering Service Ltd. A letter has been written on behalf of Mr Maguire by the Caernarfon Citizens Advice Bureau seeking to withdraw this application. The tribunal has considered that request and is prepared to grant to leave for that appeal to be withdrawn.
