    JUDGE PETER CLARK: We shall allow the appeal to go through to a full hearing and we shall specifically direct that a copy of the Notice of Appeal should be sent to the Chairman of the Industrial Tribunal inviting his comments. In particular, on the third ground of appeal, that is paragraph 6(3) of the Notice of Appeal, the enquiry is as to whether the Applicant was given an opportunity to give evidence and make submissions on matters of remedy and deductions under the just and equitable principle.
