    HIS HONOUR JUDGE WILCOX

  1. This is an appeal against the decision of the London (North) Employment Tribunal of 10 December 1999 for dismissing the Appellant's complaint of sex discrimination. In our judgment having looked at the extended reasons and had consideration of the submissions for the Appellant, it clearly raises arguable questions. The submissions on behalf of the Appellant, in our judgment encapsulate the issues that warrant further argument. Namely whether, the Employment Tribunal erred in law by failing to consider the reason for the termination by a third party, of the Appellant's training position, which resulted in the termination of a contract provision of trainee, agreed between the Appellant and the Respondent and where the Appellant alleges that the third party's reason for termination was discriminatory on grounds of sex.
  2. We observe and do no further than this that there is a co-incidence between the knowledge and pregnancy and the time of termination of employment. We give leave therefore for this matter to go further upon those grounds. This will be category C. Length of hearing ½ a day, skeleton arguments please and a full chronology.
