    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant THE APPELLANT NEITHER PRESENT NOR REPRESENTED.

    JUDGE WILCOX:

  1. This is an appeal against the decision of the Nottingham Tribunal. It concerned a short and preliminary matter relating to the status of the Applicant whether he was the employee or not. He was someone who was giving archery services. The Tribunal heard fully the evidence, in relation to this matter. It was essentially a matter of fact.
  2. We find that the facts as found by the Tribunal cannot be impugned and the factual decision cannot be attacked, on the basis that it leads to a perverse decision. The law, we find is properly here applied. With regret we dismiss this appeal.
