Here in front of me, in this matter Murphy against Palmer plc and P&P Designs plc, is an appeal against the decision of the Registrar to extend time for a Notice of Appeal, but I am advised that the parties have attended here this morning and have come to terms to dispose of the whole matter, and accordingly I need make no order on that application.
