JUDGE ALTMAN

1. During the course of this Appeal the parties sought the opportunity of a few minutes in which to seek to settle their differences by means of compromise rather than by seeking the final judgment of the Tribunal and in order to facilitate that being brought hopefully to finality we have been asked to adjourn this hearing upon the terms that in the absence of any application by either party to reinstate this hearing such application to be made on or before 2 July 2001 the Appeal and the cross Appeal will be treated as being dismissed upon the withdrawal by both parties of their Appeal and cross Appeal respectively.
