Signed Anthony Snelson
Judge of the First-tier Tribunal
Date: 13 February 2025
Note 1 As will be explained, the original penalties had been set at £500 per property but were reduced on review. [Back] Note 2 In short, I was satisfied that the appeal stood as a proper and timely challenge to a penalty as varied by the Council on review, in accordance with the 2015 Regulations. [Back] Note 3 I have had regard to all points advanced, including those in Mr Soor’s letter to the FTT (Property Chamber) of 8 June 2023. [Back]
