Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 20 (PC) Application for alteration of the plans to adjoining titles to reflect the Applicant’s and her predecessor’s adverse possession since 1984 of land on which a farm building had been constructed as well as parts of the surrounding yard. The Respondent objector claimed to have licensed the possession when he acquired and registered his title in 1991. HELD, on the facts, that there had been no such licence. |
